The LITE-CHECK 300K Shop Kit provides a convenient mounting platform for your 910B tester. The Shop Kit package includes:

    •  two (2) 8' air hoses with glad hands
    •  one (1) 8' 7-way cable
    •  Air Filter/Regulator pre-set at 110 psi.

The air hoses and glad hands are leak tested to provide a service ready solution upon delivery. The lower shelf of the cart is predrilled to allow mounting of a LITE-CHECK 311R or 312R filtered and regulated 20 amp power supply.

The LITE-CHECK 301M Service Truck Kit provides the key components necessary to use your your LITE-CHECK tester in a mobile application.

Includes:

    •  two (2) 20' Air Hoses with gladhands
    •  one (1) 20' 7-Way Cable, and
    •  one (1) Air Filter/Regulator.

The regulator is pre-set for 100 psi, and the hoses and glad hands have been leak checked to provide a service-ready solution.

The LITE-CHECK 330A & 330B Brake & Clutch Pedal Actuators that make up the LITE-CHECK Truck Kit allow you to operate service brake or clutch pedals using the remote control or control panel of any air enabled LITE-CHECK tester. Simply place the actuator pad on the brake or clutch pedal and ratchet the hook extension to engage the steering wheel. Insert the airline connector to the Service Air output on the front of a LITE-CHECK tester. Now, energize the pedal actuator by pressing the brake button on the remote control, or directly from the tester's control panel.

With the LITE-CHECK Truck Kit, brake and clutch inspections become one person operations on busses, tractors, straight trucks, and combinations.

Model 330A: The most common model, the 330A, utilizes a precision pneumatic cylinder with a 1" bore, and produces approximately 70 pounds of application force at the standard 85 to 90 psi Service Air pressure delivered by LITE-CHECK testers.

Model 330B: The 330B, employs a slightly larger pneumatic cylinder and produces approximately 110 pounds of application force at the standard 85 to 90 psi Service Air pressure delivered by LITE-CHECK testers. The 330B actuator is designed with a "tee bar" allowing it to be braced against the driver's seat supports, and is installed so as to be nearly parallel with the floor of the cab.
