Lite-Check has introduced the Stryker 1000, the next-generation trailer tester designed to support Smart Trailer technology while building on the capabilities of the Inspector 930. Equipped with a touchscreen interface and tablet integration, the Stryker 1000 delivers real-time diagnostics. It provides technicians with instant access to trailer system data. The announcement came at TMC’s 2025 Annual Meeting & Transportation Technology Exhibition held in Nashville.

A CAN bus connector enables direct access to the trailer’s ABS. The trailer tester displays fault codes and Smart Trailer information for enhanced troubleshooting.

The tablet screen displays both Smart Trailer data and the trailer’s operating system. This trailer tester provides comprehensive diagnostics in a single interface. Additionally, the system captures beginning and ending diagnostic data, along with completed repairs, which are stored in the SENTRY file. This function creates a DOT inspection record and a detailed service history for each trailer.

With SENTRY software, fleet managers can track recurring issues and completed repairs, improving maintenance efficiency and compliance tracking.
