    This is the computer's operating app for the Certifier 1200.

  • All diagnostic data is displayed on the tablet instead of the tester panel. Print/save diagnostic reports.

USING THE APP

  • Click the "+" icon next to the Unit ID field and enter all required information.

    Required:

    ID#, VIN, Unit Type, Power Unit yes/no, ABS yes/no, # of axles, Duals/wide based/singles, Brakes disc/drum

    Optional:

    Decal, License, state, lessee, Tire inflation, trunnion axles, brake chamber type/size

  • Click on the Unit. Click the Workorder icon on the right side of the Unit. Create work order required.

  • Click on the Fleet Status page and scroll down to Units due for inspection. Apply any filters needed.

  • Power on 930. Power on the tablet. Open the app and click the Bluetooth icon. Wait for the 930 serial number to appear and select it.

  • First, pair by entering the Android BT pairing screen. Power on the tire tool and navigate on screen to BT pairing screen. Enter PIN# 1235. Now, open the LC DOT app and pair from the BT icon.

Inspector 930

  • All existing ECUs on the market including Wabco, Bendix, Haldex, GEN2.

  • Yes, although only the Truck's Output of air and electrical.

  • Through Bluetooth and the LC DOT app.

  • Power on 930. Power on the tablet. Open the app and click the Bluetooth icon. Wait for the 930 serial number to appear and select it.

  • Power On and connect 7-way cable. Press the ABS button. That easy!

GENERAL PRODUCTS

  • Power by the Aux circuit of a tractor. Operate tractor circuits and 137 places a 5amp load and displays output voltage. A switch will turn on/off 5amp load in the case of connecting to the output of the trailer. Air gauges display Emer/Serv output pressure and will assist in identifying leaks.

  • Brake circuit will display accurate amperage from electric brake magnets to identify non-functional brakes.

  • Regulated air on Emer and Serv to simulate a tractor. Air leaks identified on Emer, Serv, or internal. Remote control enables brake inspections by one person.

  • Use two properly sized wrenches. Use thread sealant when installing new quick disconnects.

  • Paper towels, WD-40, grease. Clean excessive grease/debris/oil and reapply proper dielectric grease.
